So how does this work? I log in on one toon and create missions/test missions/run missions then log out. Later I log in with another toon and as I understand still have access to my missions created. But do tasks accomplished for badges carry over from toon to the next (tickets and what not) or does one have to log in with each toon to create more missions just to achieve the badges offered?
