Translation: Instead of having closed or semi-closed servers display as Open, in which case clicking will force your client to hang for a good minute then report that the server is not available, please just display these servers as greyed out.

And if so, I actually agree. It's almost always easier to force my client closed than to wait for it to bring up the "Server maintenance blah blah blah" pop-up.

Whoever it is that downloads and applies any Issue, couldn't they just Gray Out all of the Server Names in the Server Selection Page that need to be Grayed Out, and keep them Grayed Out until everything is taken care of, and all the Server Names can be Un-Grayed? I think it should be done, because it would keep a lot of people from blowing their tops if they did that!
