TP protection (resistance) not working?

TP protection has been broken since I13 came out. It doesn't actually seem to do anything.
Some people have claimed that you just need twice as much as before. Haven't tested it personally, but basically as an EA, you will have to pop oranges to prevent TP. But supposedly it'll be less oranges than a non-EA.
Bug? Intended? Does it really matter? The whole game is one big bug.

It's fixed on test for EA and Elec. Too bad they gutted EA (nerfed Defense) and Elec is lol. But yea...they finally fixed it.
yea elec is lol which sucks I think its the best looking armor in the game.

Really? What about PFF? It's supposed to give tp protection too, but that was also broken. Anybody test that on test?
I tested the EA and Elec...but not PFF....as far as i'm concerned you have to be retarded to take PFF now...as easy as it is to hit thru it. Any kind of defense debuff...your fed.
I was mostly thinking about my Ill/FF troller. Can't NOT take PFF 
And I got tp droned recently while in PFF, which made me so mad rite nao.

Not more mad than an /EA user. Pre I13 the only real reason to take it was for repel and tp pro.
