well... that works...
why not get 10 people doing this and use a fire/kin with fulcrum to kill them all quickly? limiting your self to 2 people makes for a long time to get it done. if your sg is big enough have 20 people online and treat it like a farm map.
I just went for minimum requirements. We did it with 20 ((coughs))
Heh, I can use one toon with a self-awaken and another with a rez to cut down on the awakens.

I thought there was a timer on how often the same two toons could kill each other and have it count? Did that change? Or am I remembering wrong?

No timer on it. You can sit there and just rail them all day and the credits go up. Your reputation doesn't flintch though.

Alright, this is being written because I love to let these little cheats through. It brings me joy.
1) You need 2 people in your SG who are L32+ and who can be logged on at the same time (dual boxing works fine)
2) Buy up roughly 750 Awaken Inspirations. Put in an Inspiriation collector.
3) Head to Warburg and go to the top of one of the buildings, this SHOULD grant you a small bit of privacy, but you will probably have to move a few times durring this. Stealth / Invisibility are both very useful.
4) Load up on Awakens on one of the toons, the other (who hits harder) is going to just stand there while you use your wakes and they kill you (IN SUPERGROUP MODE!)
5) When you run out of awakens, use "Go to SG Base" button and get more awakes from your Insp collector.
6) When you rezone using the entrance, you will be sent to the exact place you were before, making for a very short period between when you started and when you can finish.
7) 1-2 hours later, you are installing your new energy piece that you will never be able to use fully.
