Vega style stalker? need costume suggestions.

I have always loved the concept of Vega (the Bullfighter ninja from Street Fighter, aka. Balrog in Japan) so I modeled a claws/ninja Stalker on him. He is about to hit lvl 20 and I want to revamp his image, but I have hit a creative block. So I am asking you guys to help me out. Basically I am asking for ideas or images to help me make a cool costume to replace the "Vega" uniform without loosing the spaniard matador feel. Think of this as a "Proyect Rooftop" for Vega.

can you post a shot of his current outfit? I would like to see where he is now, and then go from there.

I will try to do so tomorrow...but for you to get an idea.
I used the long hair with the "skull eyes" mask, the one with only the eyes. I also used the neck cover with a color close to his skin tone, so the face looks like the mask.
I set the wide leather belt in red (why there is no wide sash, I have no idea) the leather strap pants, light purple, with a yellow stripe on the side. I also have set him with the kung fu slipers and the fingerless glove, using the monstrous hands to get the efect of the longer fingernails.

What I want is a reiterpretation of the Character...
Sort of the Character, but maybe a different take on him.

ok I took what you had, plus an image search of Vega, and this was what I came up with. Be advised I did NOT use the mask so I chose a face that seemed to fit him.

I like the shoulderpads, had not thought of it. They make his shoulders wider without looking cartoonish. I am not sure of the pants.
Keep in mind that Vega is basically dressed in the traditional torero pants.
Torero's use what is called a Suit of Lights (Traje de Luces)
