well, I'll state the obvious you'll want to max the recharge on AM and Hasten asap..so between the 2 of you, you should have AM up most the time
what lvl are you?
you'll want to slot heavy end reduction in Radiation Infection..

I usually plan builds off what Mr. Yin's store (in faultline) sells in the way of Single Origin enhancements..
So if you and your buddy are Science origin, you can get lvl13 recharge SO's at lvl 10 (which would be great for 2 rads)..
--Mr. Yin's store has to be unlocked by doing a story arc, but you could buy them from WW's if any are available, or you could have a different toon finish the arc and transfer them to your lower builds etc..
--Mr.Yins sells lvl 13, lvl 17 and lvl 21 SO's, but only one type per origin..here's a breakdown.
Natural origin -- Damage SO's
Mutant origin -- Damage SO's
Science origin -- Recharge SO's
Technology origin -- End Reduction SO's
Magic origin -- Accuracy SO's
If you guys are lvl 22 or higher..then just forget what i said about Mr. Yin's

We are lvl 10 atm, but both been playing the game for 18months +
We decided to dedicate one person as a Debuffer and one as a Buffer, it has been working verywell, as we could solo +3 mobs at lvl 8, Ive takin rad infect, enervate, we both have AM, Irradate, Haze, Mutate and Bolt, he has Grant invis (no idea why he took that) and Aura, while i carry the toggles.
My build is extremely End heavy with the toggles and the Aoe's, but i cant seem to fit stamina in the build... O_O
once decent IO's come around, all my end problems will be fixed, and Pretty much Perma AM wont hurt =P
