first off better to put this in player questions then guild section
But you might want to check talor, if he says come back at lv 30 you
might have done this (with the auto compleate, likely you helped
someone else)
note that your first costume cant add capes, were still hoping for a
"buttcape" soon. (but no offical word on it in ages)
It should be your first contact that give mission alan if not mistaken

Whoever Alan Deslock sent you to (Kalinda or Burke) will have your cape and aura missions. If you didn't run their lowbie story arc, you may need to run that before the cape mission will show up.
My first "turning point" in this city was during the Rularuu Invasion, and charging in with my BS/Regen Scrapper. Skyway City, at Level 10. It went...poorly.

Where is it? Who gives it? Available at level 20?
Scoured the boards for an answer to this one but no luck so hopefully I can find an answer here. Im level 21 and can seem to find the mission giver for capes on my Widow. I talked to Alan Dreslock who told me I have to come back at 30 I assume for the aura and spoke to kalinda as well. neigther prompts the cape quest.
please help
