"Every hero has a tale to tell, and every spider has silk to spin."
Twelve o'clock. Slept in long enough.
Dr. James Helfinds was about to start another day in New York City with his partner, Dr. Allan Zeron.
"James, wake up. We've got much work to do, we don't have time to wait around like this." shouted Allan from across the lab.
Dr. Helfinds could care less about science right now. He'd been working on a project, but unstead of basic work with Supernatural DNA, he had some sort of "unknown project" that he was working on.
"What's the rush, Allan?"
"The project is ready."
"You never told me about it."
"About what, James?"
"The project I've been working on with you. You've been pouring over the blueprints for days and days, and told me to create genetic DNA without telling me why or what type."
James sauntered into the lab, dusting off his lab coat while he speaks and walks.
"Look, this is important, James, and there's nothing you can do right now. It's almost finished... I just need a test subject and..."
"I'll be a test subject."
"But what if..."
"Doctor Zeron, I'm able to walk into one of your inventions and complete it successfully. Just let me get on with it."
"Fine... but you'll have to have a few wires hooked up to you."
"Allan, I'm not a stranger to testing machines. I know what you need. But before I really step in, I would like to know what in the world this machine is."
"This is the greatest invention yet. It is supposed to be capable of creating some sort of... superhuman."
((Feel free to comment or anything, I don't think it will interrupt the story. That's the end of Part I.))
