Our billing server is currently being updated to address issues with Trial to Retail Account services.
At this time additional character slots, character transfer, character rename and other services tied to the billing server database will be unavailable.
We expect the downtime to be less than thirty minutes.

In fifteen minutes we will be applying some maintenances to our billing service. Whenever this occurs it will cause services like Character Transfer, Character Rename, Additional Slots, etc. to be unavailable.
