Rose hosted an Imperious Task Force race on Freedom on June 1st. Team Cheaty Face, who created the Cap SF video in 20:26 decided to show up for the Imperious Task Force in force.

The video

You can watch in browser form or download Veoh TV and click the "Watch on Veoh TV" orange button on the right. The video isn't as good quality as I hoped but it works.

Strategy:
Mission 1 - Rescue 8-10 Sybils then rescue the Oracle
Each hostage is at or close to set positions and is guarded by three romans. Run to these positions and defeat these three romans only. Ignore the rest. After the Sybils are rescued haul up to the top of the hill. Defeat the enemies around the Oracle. The Oracle WILL target enemies but will not engage them. After you have gotten her attention pull all or most of the enemies to the far side of the alter. She will inevitably follow you, stand at the alter, and shortly after the mission will complete.

Mission 2 - 10 Nictus Crystals.
The Nictus crystals are the only things needed to be defeated on this map. Get in, blow up the crystal, run to the next one. The ambushers will come and stop where the team was standing when the crystals exploded. If you aren't there anymore ...

Mission 3 - Romulus, 5 Generals and X Romans
You will defeat X Romans in the process of defeating the others. There are 4 different types of Generals randomly distributed among 4 points. The types include:
1) All Boss
2) Surgeons
3) Legions
4) Elite Bosses

I believe you only need to defeat the General himself on the All Boss and the Legions spawn. The surgeon spawn you will want to defeat all the surgeons before defeating the General. The Elite Boss spawn requires you to defeat every EB along with the General. Get in the mission, run to each general, defeat him and run away. Significant server-side lag will appear on this map.

After defeating those 4 Generals run to the computer. Focus all fire on the computer until it is defeated. Ignore the robots. Get up top and defeat Romulus and Requiem and the mission is over. Standard run in there and beat the snot out of them works.

Mission 4 - Defeat Romulus and 300 Romans
Cheaty Face and many other teams like to start from the back. Run to one of the towers and pull Romulus up. The towers give a good chance that the healing Nictus will be separate from Romulus. Out of line of sight is sufficient. If the healing nictus is not out of line of sight you can still pound his face in. Team Cheaty Face uses the bash Romulus four times method. Each time he respawns a massive AoE stun occurs. Be prepared. Defeat him 4 times they find big piles of Romans to defeat. You are done.

Team Composition:
Team composition is a tricky matter. For speed ITF runs you want a team that can run through hordes of Romans for missions 1, 2 and 3 and defeat AVs at high speeds for missions 3 and 4. Even more ideal is having a team that can split off into two separate squads for missions 1 and 2. I suggest using a large amount of buffers and debuffers. Turn the whole time into impenetrable tanks through the use of buffs

Team Cheaty Face was composed of:
SS/Elec Brute
SS/Fire Brute
Ice/Cold Corruptor
Ice/Cold Corruptor
Fire/Rad Corruptor
Fire/Sonic Corruptor
Sonic/Kin Corruptor
Hero Scum (Emp Defender of the non-healzor variety)

I think we will need to bust out Team Cheaty Face again and run it on Relentless. I think the Emp was fantastic and I don't doubt the awesome power of Fortitude, CM, AB and the RAs but I'd really like to run this with a full villain squad. The double /Colds were amazing. I think replacing the Emp with ideally a 2nd sonic or a thermal will do the trick. Other than that change (which I only want cause the Emp isn't a Villain) I really can't imagine how our team could have been better

So... who's in for another run on Relentless

well i can safely say that this proves that you could have excellent teams without the need of a full on healer.
