When you create a flier, make a visual with screenshots and blurbs. Read some of the other event threads and many of them will have one 
When you've got one, email it to the address that Ex showed you, or at least link to it, so you can then have her post it in the thread. Since we cannot post images directly in threads, but mods can, she is the one who would be posting the actual image.

I'm kinda new to the event hosting thing. I'm told it's good to have a flier...how to use it? not sure on that. If there's anyone that has done this before and would like to help me out either with a flier or with the rest of the planning process, i would be very grateful.
