Great start. my suggestions are to increase the thickness of your "inking" and study comic/cartoon shading a bit more. it seems of right now.

Here is a shot of my villain I've been working on. It's not quite what I was after, since I wanted more of a comic-book feel rather than saturday morning cartoon, but I think it looks nice... especially considering my noobishnesh in photoshop.
