Thanks for attempting a guide, but unfortunately, your info is incorrect.
Alchemical Silver is Arcane Tech, tier 2. That means that any foe that is tagged an 'Arcane dropper' and is level 20-39 will drop Alchemical Silver. So, Longbow, for example, which drops Arcane and Tech will drop Alchemical Silver in the 20-39 range. A Tsoo who is level 15 will *not* drop Alchemical Silver.
Check out this guide to invention salvage drops. Keep in mind that I12 is introducing new factions and so the list of who drops what will have to be updated (and maybe some old ones changed if they change the drop tags).
