Do I have what it takes for April first?

If you've read the scoop, then you've probably seen the costume contest. I think I got what it takes. Any criticism is welcome.

I REALLY want that patch. New costume pieces could make this a lot better, plus, I could use the villainous epics.

So, Steampunk+Enforcer=Good, right?

the parts seem fine... but black and yellow makes you think of bees, not jesters... i would work on your color scheme, and which contest were you going for? best male or humorous?

...Jester? Oh, I see. That's a head>hats>beret with (I think) underlord horns.

I hate to be a downer, but I don't think it will be a contender. Take a look through the stickied Best Costume Design thread at the top of this forum to see some amazing creativity.
