I posted a very honest opinion on that one on the page. I'm not really trying to insult the artist or the character design, just pointing out a weird optical illusion that occurs when that character is drawn in that style.

It does sort of give that illusion but if ya look very closely you can see the lines seperate the wings from the torso. Also the dress does give an illusion of larger hips but it is just an illusion
