I really like the sketch. My main suggestion is to do more with the compression wrinkles on the skirt and blouse to round out the forms of the body. Her waist kind gets lost in the current version, but you could indicate foreshortening with wrinkles where the tummy flows into the groin area. Also a bend where the upper part of the right thigh meets the crotch. This would also bring the right leg forward in space a little, giving it more depth.
The other suggestion is to reposition her right arm. Right now if you follow the contour of the right side of her figure it juts out of the center in kind of a stiff gesture. If you lift it up somehow (doing something with her hair or leaning on something), it opens up the curve of the figure and adds more interest to the posture.
