I'm not crazy about the Mantis shot -- it's too cramped to easily tell what's going on -- but I think you have potential. Keep at it!

I am curious as to where you were seeing it as being "cramped"?

Mmm..
yes, looking at the Mantis piece.. he looks... short. Like the foreshortening and perspective aren't quite in agreement. Also, even though it's a very dynamic action-y pose... most of his body is in a straight up and down line. So that clashes a bit too.
Maybe that's what Ironik means by 'cramped'... I o no... I just mess around in Poser... but yeah, you definitely got talent!!

the only thing i feel is wrong is the arms are too long on chimera. they're both awesome either way!

Well, at first glance I thought, "Dude left his fly open, so now his junk's swaying in the breeze." Then I saw what it was, but still couldn't figure out what he was supposed to be doing.
Is he attacking? Kicking? Aerobicizing? Taking a giant step forward because Simon sez? It's just kind of bunched up and unclear as to what his behavior is supposed to be, is all.
