Crestent

Well It has been quiet awhile since I've done anything. I did all these sketches last weekend and just got to scanning them today.

The first 2 were just fun ones to do because they aren't exactly how I usually draw. :-)

First off here's Goat Lord Day Dreaming AGAIN!!! Some of you might not get this if you weren't teamed with me and Fuzzy at the time.

Second is Dr. Cloro who seems to have gone to the HOOD.

And last but certainly not least is my Trademark character Crestent . This one I'd really like some critiques on and possibly abit of help.

Hope yall liked em.

Goat lord... pffft. I serve no lord! XD

Sadly it's really REALLY hard to see the first sketch, you may wanna darken it. You can do that in photoshop with levels. Hit CTRL+L There'll be three little arrows under what looks like a nice spikey graph. Take the one farthest on the left and slide it to the right a spell. You can also try sliding the middle arrow slightly to the right. It'll darken you sketch without having to re-scan

Its very hard to see on the screen.

However... you might want to square up where the neck connects to the shoulders.. and shorten the neck accordingly. (the neck on a pyramid just doesn't look right)

Ohterwise.. I like the hands.. those look very good and are fairly hard to draw!

You could play with the contrast in photoshop, that would really make it pop.

Definitely easier to see! I highly recommend you do this on all your art from now on

I will if the lines are extremely hard to see, what's strange is that my first scan of Crestent came out darker than my 2nd scan before I changed it.

Most scanners allow you to adjust contrast and brightness while scanning, before you import the picture. You might play around with it and see if that works for you
