I'll do a piece for you to get into one of your public stories. I can write my own private ones, and as a writer myself I wouldn't feel too good about myself if I asked another to write for me. But it tickles me pink to see my characters cameo.

You could try Oekaki... Do it straight from Photoshop or Paint.

I thought I would open this up again as Lady Judgement, Modern Myth, Juggy, Larissa and others have once again inspired me into writing mode.
Money isn't as much an option for me as I'd like most of the time and I can't really draw (not that I have a scanner or a camera anyway) that well. But I am told I write fairly decently.
So the offer is there, a Trade of Crafts, I write something for you, you draw something for me.
I won't promise minimum lengths by the way, I thought the one I did for Cyberlynx would be a nice 2 page story and ended up something like 12. It all comes down to how inspiring the concept you give is =).
The only limitation I have is I can't do slapstick/comedic, I've tried before and fail miserably. So I apologize for my own limitation there.
All that said, if you are interested, drop me a line here on what you would like to see written, for who (or about who if you want a story to go with a piece you are working for someone else) and we can work things out.
