Melding CoV with GTA San Andreas?

Yes, actually we had a long conversation at Maddy's party about that. That would give CoV the 'freedom' one would need to properly be a villain. I.e. just walk down the street and randomly mug someone, or break into a random store, as opposed to being an Arachnos lackey. *nods*

My friends and I were looking at an old GTA San Andreas Commercial and an question popped up: has anyone thought of making CoV like San Andreas official commercial and would it work? With mayhems explosions are abound i think one could pull it off. Just a thought since my computer skills are dated maybe someone else thought the same.
