So, I've finally finished my primary villain, for all intents and purposes. He's ready for his unveiling. I love him. He's totally bomb.
But something is missing, that being, an awesome piece of artwork for him. Now, I'm willing to pay (within my budget) someone for the art, but I want the artist to like the character concept... which can be found here...
Also, this art piece may be more boring from others, if your looking for flash and ... uhm... razmatazz? Set is basically a bald guy with a snake tattoo on the side of his head whom wears a white suit, though for the purposes of this drawing, his third eye can and probably should be open.
