Discussion: June 15, 2007 City Scoop!
I'm going to go ahead and state this before someone else has to:
Yes, we are aware that we haven't properly covered PvP. We are currently accepting applications for those that want to join City Scoop for the purpose of making sure that PvP is appropriately represented.
Ideally, we would have at least two people on staff for this purpose. Please PM me if you are interested in this role.

What was the deciding factor to do a quiz instead of a crossword this week?

-Goal for 2011: Survive, stay alive, and continue to thrive.
Thanks for the "Hottest Couple" award!
Hubby and I had a blast - it was AWESOME!! Let's do it again next year!!!
And bring more of those celebrity divas! They rocked!!
The deciding factor was that we noticed at the last minute that several of the clues of the crossword were wrong. Oops. A substitute was put into place.
As Marcian says, we're looking for 1-2 people who wish to cover PVP, and we though it best if they came from within the PVP community. See this thread in the PVP forums if you're interested.

Thanks, NC Soft, for closing my favorite game ever without warning and with plenty of life still left in it, and thus relieving me of the burden of EVER wanting to buy, try or even hear about another game from your company. Will my decision make a dent, or persuade them in anyway, shape or form? Nope, obviously not. Don't care. NC Soft is dead to me. ~ PsyFox
Hey, I'm famous too, kinda.

Another fine edition folks. I find the City Sccop a nice way to rest my weary button-mashing fingers from game sessions while still enjoying the Co* world.
Nice work, good job, keep it up. Oh, and PL Meh.

Oi... EXCELLENT job for the Mastermind review. Practically hit the nail on the head there. Loved every bit of it.

Thanks for all the hard work you put into this. I'm really getting a kick out of it.

hmm, who's in charge of the quizes and crosswords? I have some things I want to submit for that section...
It's been catch-as-catch can on the puzzles so far. I think out of five issues, four different people have done puzzles.
You can PM it either to me, Marcian_Tobay, or to Snow_Globe, I guess.
done. I sent you a message.
Also, another great paper as usual, thought I would like to see more smallers stories along with the big headline story. And I still want to be in the Behind the mask section...

Poison Pill is very well known in the MM forums, I've often found myself consulting her guides.

We'd love to have you! I know we're looking for people to fill in several of the upcoming State of the AT articles in the future.

Advice from the X's column:
Absolutely pricless!
Good work all around for the rest as well.

Okay first off I really enjoy reading the city scoop, I have read every issue and will continue to do so. I did have one beef with this current issue that I would like to mention. My favorite section is the "Behind The Mask" I enjoy reading about what draws other people to play this game and how they feel it can be improved and what is fine as is. (coincidence that about 90% of the people interviewed like watching the TV show 'Heroes')
But my beef with this current issue is that every single person interviewed was from the Liberty Server. This was a first, as I always enjoyed reading the thoughts about all the servers from all the players. Plus it made me feel that one day while I'm running around on my tank that I would get stopped to do an interview for the scoop on my home server Guardian. Keep up the great work, its always a great read, but please continue to interview all flavors of ice cream (ie people from different servers)
P.S. I do not know the answers to the quiz, as I am only currently in month three of the game, but I do prefer it over the crossword. It makes me want to hunt around Atlas for the answers. :-) Keep up the great work.
