First of all you would post this question in the question section, second of all you would post your guide here.
Generally what you would do is take your guide and post it in this section here. Posts in this forum don't get automatically deleted after a set period of inactivity, so you don't have to worry about your guide being removed in a forum purge.
Second, you'd take a link to your guide and go over to the Corrupter forums. There should be a sticky post over there for corrupter guides. Reply to that thread with a link to your guide in this forum and the next time the guide to guides is updated, your guide will be included in the list.
I'd post it in the Corruptor forums for comments and general nitpicking, then once it's whipped into shape - post it here.

Im going to make a guide on Fire/cold corrupt and was wondering do i post it here or in the corrupt forums? If i post it here will it be pushed over to the corupt guide section automaticly?
