After the forum malfunction, I had to completely rewrite the latest chapter of Grey's Army. Last time, it was almost 4,000 words long. The new version is...
L-O-N-G-E-R
Not much. It's not twice as long, for instance, but it's now almost 5,000 words long (what the hell is wrong with me!?).
The Heart of the Sea is found... In a manner of speaking. With the artifacts in hand, both the heroes and the rogues begin their descent into the submerged Temple of the Hand, but the situation escalates monstrously and now Statesman and Recluse have to work together to face a new dire threat.

Grey's Army update. Almost done with the arc.
The battle between Statesman, Recluse and the bizarre demigod Dagoeth rages across the surface of the formerly submerged temple. Meanwhile, the Longbow and civilian defenders on Mauthe's island have to fend off what seems to be a never-ending swarm of Coralax Hybrids that have decided to follow their goddess' Hand to war.
For a quick note, I've got no in-game basis for this Dagoeth character other than the fact that Merulina and the Coralax seem to be based on the C'thulhu Mythos, so I based Dagoeth on "Dagon." His appearance, however, is much different from a monstrous mutant fish. I instead opted to make him simple but still impossible (Heh, "Water Form Armor" and "Water Melee").

Edited the last post in Grey's Army to finish some of the story elements I couldn't get in before sleep overtook me. There's some extra in there now that covers what happens to Recluse, Mauthe, and Power Breaker.

Added another chapter to Grey's Army.
After the overall serious tone of the previous adventure, I wanted to have my characters doing something fun.
The Grey's Army super group is largely on hiatus, and Kip, bored, shows up to check out a scanning device Sheldon wants to show him. However, something strange is happening in the base.
Sheldon's pet, Felix, steals Kip's sandwich... But how could the mutant gerbil accomplish the task when he was with Sheldon the whole time?

I finally returned to Air Guard! YAY!
