I voted Graver. I love his watercolors and his style just appeals to me more. There's so much vibrancy and life in his pictures. It's like a moth to a flame. I want Graver art, and am willing to go without some things for it. The problem is, my son needs things, and he can't go without shoes.

And I've got so many images in my mind I'd love to see him do.

I came up with a great idea for a Turkey Lurkey piece today that would be perfect done in Graver's style, but then, I'd also just love to see what he would come up with if I were to just let him run with the character.

I don't know if he'd have the same humor as your own work, T_L. Your stuff makes me laugh. I don't normally laugh at things out loud, but a few of your pieces did.
Of course, I can also see a very dark humor Turkey piece from Graver, and it would be so worth it to see Graver cut loose from The Drah-Ma, especially after the BillZ and IB pieces, which were very graphic.

Nope. Because it's not about popularity it's about art and who you would really like to have draw you a picture. Has nothing to do with popularity and if ya make it about that well then so be it.
In my estimation though Douglas shuler and/or MMOart are much more well known then Graver and Graver is winning so there ya have it.

Ok like I have really wanted a Veikara piece forever now but he doesn't do commissions. But if I could I'd love to get a piece done by him. So for me he is a "sought after" artist. Thats what I mean, like which artist is sooo good that you would love to get a piece from em?
It isn't meant to put people down I mean hell if your on the list or even mentioned it should mean something for ya right? I wouldn't think it would hurt anyones feelings really. I just thought it would be cool to know who that artist is that everyone wants to get a piece of art from. For me it's actually Viekara and Bob Layton, but I am handling the Bob Layton part!

Well I meant "sought after" as in thats the artist everyone wants to get a piece from. Not the most requests,commissions or whatever per say. Basically it's a "who is the one you HAVE to get a piece from no matter what"

well I did have an option for "other" it doesn't have to be from the list. I was curious who the artist in all of DA is that you just would have to get a piece from. Come on Rowr there must be that one someone you're looking for!
Graver, no question. I mean no disrespect at all to the other artists on that list, but his stuff is on a different level entirely. Not just from a technical standpoint, but nobody can tell a story in a single frame like that man. Every piece is something incredibly unique and special and he puts his all in to every one.
