Generally, if you'd like someone to draw your character, be prepared with these things:
1) Good screenshots of your character in action (which you have) and then solid, uninterrupted pieces of front, side, back and perhaps whatever other angle to show off details, and a closeup shot of the head
2) Money if they require it, or some kind of compensation otherwise (piles of thank you's don't always work)
3) Patience. Anything takes time, especially 'good' art.
Be patient, take some other screenies and clearly post the toon's name on them, and be prepared to be able to pay for it.

Also helps to watch when someone posts a "OK for practice/technique/relief of boredom I'm doing freebie sketches etc" post... and reply to it with your screenshots and your request.
Of course, with freebies, you're pretty limited on how the character turns out. With commissions you get to specify a lot more detail.
the other avenue is art-trades. And it doesn't have to be drawings. If you're a good story writer, sometimes you can parlay that into sketches by writing the artist a story starring their characters... it all depends on the artist.

you know i draw for free but i only do it for fun and those aren't pro drawings. also i mostly do drawings of people i like but it doesn't mean i don't like the ones i don't draw. Maybe i'll get to draw you someday even if i am no pro. You know , on DA my gallery is full of drawings I drew of other chars ... no drawing of me .... i think i'll get to it!
Plus you do have an interesting character to draw except that we don't see completely the boots nor the gloves on the screenie ...
