I suggest you contact the various thread GMs to find a way to get in on one of the threads. As far as what to write, well, just flow with the story. It depends on your style. While a post from, say, Essex, may have a lot of heart and more than a little drama, a post from say, me, will have people getting shot at and et-cetera.
And a post from Devious will have enough evil thinking in it to make you really wonder if he could kill you with the press of a button. But I digress.
So yeah. Contact thread leaders, don't godmode, and for the love of pete, have fun!
Awww, I feel loved.
And Seferin, it looks like you're much like I started out. Before my first post in the Final Fight thread, I'd literally never done anything like this before.
But I'm always up for trying new things, so I just started telling a story. Okay, so I didn't exactly start, I more of just droped the bomb in the middle of tone, but those are technicalities. Point being: just write what happens to pop into your head. Start telling a story, and when you encounter other people, mesh your story into theirs and let it grow. You'll be surprised what kind of cool tales can come when a couple of people start putting their stories together.

I've been monitoring the Roleplaying section of the CoH boards for quite some time now. I've never actually done any roleplaying on paper before, although I do have some minor experience in game. I just have one thing to say to all this:
I'm scared to post here.
Well, what I mean it, really, I have no idea what to do. I read a lot of the threads with the tag [Open RP], but never do I once hop in to join in with the fun. And that's because I really don't know if I should or shouldn't, what to write or junk.
So, what should I do? =P
