I ran, like a bazillion, respecs on my Fire/Ice Tank on the test server. Over time, I have concluded that this Tank, without Acrobatics and Tough, was very weak and just a bit better than a Scrapper. I only say a bit better in that the build has more resistance, but, that is mitigated by the fact that the Tank deals less damage (dps) than a Scrapper. In the end, it was like running a Scrapper into a large mob of Reds... the odds of survival were very very "dicey". You can do it, but "Wheeeee dogie" the debt!

I like the new Burn rate. It is fun to actually make my Tank work again like the past.

Didn't you hear? Burns damage was unintended, i liked the PM i got. "Well in a real fight no one would stay in a fire and get burned". How dumb are some of the reasons we get from devs and mods? Burn should be changed to a threat of creating a fire and not a real one

Burn rocks. I love opening with Taunt/Whirling Axe/Burn and then letting my team have at 'em. Yes, the fear element is stupid, I agree. However, it makes it a bit challenging to play and while they are feared they still aren't directing their attentions to my teammates. It doesnt scatter them that much and I can get the aggro back if my team hasn't killed them by that time. It is a shame that some folks are so bitter they don't see the usefulness of Burn and just emotionally discard it and stalk off in a huff into a corner to pout.

You have the use of AOE knockdowns and single target knockdowns. Fiery Melee has not this luxury and Burn is still near useless to them.
