well I believe just taking a pose from somewhere is ok in my book, as long as it's all your art!
I mean how many poses out there have never been used before? I'd say none lol! 
ok good. thats normally the only way my art actually looks good. usually when i start something i go on google or something looking for cool poses, but guildhelpers have been supplying them lately lol.
