I actually did them a bit differently this time. I added shading to the top of the eyes.. Does it look better that way?
Oh, and I used a gradient instead of coloring over different colors and blurring it! I think I'll do this from now on.. maybe. I think it might look better like this.

I don't really know anything about the symbol. It's just something I've seen him wear, and I know it's called the heartagram. That's about it.
