looks ok to me, nothing to write home about....but not bad either. it just kinda "is" to me. *shrug*
...but background really can say alot about why a character looks the way they do and radically alter ones perception of said character.~

It's okay, nothing fabulous. I do like the blend colors tho, gives it a sort of wintery shiny feeling.
Well, one thing I would have done is made both the gloves and boots one solid color (no blend) and made it a slightly darker grey than the rest of the outfit. Other than that, it is a simple costume. It fits together, and other than the boots and gloves as mentioned, nothing sticks out in an unpleasant way. It hasn't made it into my ugly category, so I can say you've done well. It hasn't made it into my awesome category, but not many costumes do, including many of my own.
