The Advice in a lot of those guides is still very relative. I would strongly suggest that you dont discount a guide totally simply because it is an older guide. Just realize that Issue 6 brought ED which gives you the law of diminishing return after slotting three of the same SO's or HO's in a power.
Yet a lot of the strategy in the guids is very very applicable.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.

I have searched and searched but I cant seem to find any Guides or Builds for Energy/Energy Blasters?? Could anyone post me a link to a current one or tell me what other CoX sites might have a more current one than I4???
