Ahhh. You're using Photoshop, right? Go into filter > render > lighting effects. Mess with that. I'd try a gold color.

I shaded the skirt, the mountain behind her, added my friend's initial to the seal, shaded her hair, spent alot of time cleaning up 'iffy' bits >.> uhm... *thinks* still trying to figure out to do with the ledge on the right >< I'm more than a little stumped on that one.

I would get rid of the smoke and keep the glow, but that's just me.

I think why it looks like smoke to me is because it's seethrough, and it's... How do I explain this... It's sort of made of circles, like how some people draw smoke? >.>
If it was just one circle, it might look less smokey. I'm not much help, am I?

You have to look around at the different lights; some don't. I'll look around and find one that might work...
I looked at all of em <;_;> but mine is also old, Photoshop 6 I believe.

Ok, I lied. ;.;
What you CAN do, though, is get a soft brush, make a new layer, and brush on top of the picture lightly, just once. Use a gold, that should work well.
