Maybe a little definition under his nostrils to define his nose more, other than that I think it looks fine.

If not he could really use a nose....

Not emo Derek= better.
Try jutting the jaw so the profile has a more sqare (But not angular) feel. Having the chin so far back makes him look like a turtle melon.
