Look in your contacts list- a newspaper will be at the top of the list- click on it and it gives you a selection of 3 missions- pick which one you want, after a series of 3-5 missions go talk to your "broker' again and they will give you a mayhem mission- being low lvl' you will go to atlas park. They are fun at higher lvl's but lower lvls they can be a little tough.

When I was in the CoV beta this confused me too. Couldn't figure out how to get those newspaper missions. I supposed actually reading the screens would help.
I have a Level 8 Brute who has chosen the path of Arachnos, now I have done all the beginning missions with the first two contacts and met the 3rd contact in Port Oakes but he has no missions, he basically tells me to go make a name for myself.......then come back to him.......my question is "What do I have to do?" I thought I saw something about finding a job in the newpaper or something but cannot find a paper anywhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
