Yes it is. He has a big sleeve that goes over his left arm, but sleeveless on the other side.
You'll have to see the comic. (when it comes out... I'm trying to learn to draw better.

One critique, so to speak, about the sleeve. Right now, it kinda' just meshes: the gray and black. Maybe adding stitch marks, or making the addition more defined, to show that it is a sleeve. Right now, it looks like he has a gray tank top w/ a big long black glove that goes to the shoulder.
