Yam your right... the collar piece to the left is a bit off so it does weird things to her neck / head position. i need to thicken the base of it and that should correct that.

Ooooh, I really like how Ivy's clothing is looking so far. This is looking wonderful so far, except now I can't stop looking at Ghost Widow's neck, thanks DonnchadH, hehe

Sound to me that it is autocorrecting the picture. it is "seeing" the low saturation on the colors so it boosts them. Probably also is correcting the tint. If there are any check the options on your scanning program.
This is going to be a great picture.
