Well Eowyn stole that dream bit line from Faramir so Gandalf was just balancing it out.

And yeh, dang wizards in LOTR are freaky. You shoulda seen my face when I found out he wasn't "Human" back in grade school. I do believe that was my 1st ever "W-T-EFF?!!!" moment.

in regards to finding out...heh. understand completely, but that in turn made me start to read all the other pieces out there that have been put out. like the silmarillion and unfinished tales. I am in complete awe at the depth he went into for middle earth....complete and utter awe~

Yeh, he went full out in terms of fleshing his world out... and he didn't even own any DICE! well the 20 sided ones(marbled, w/without sparklies) or was some crazy shut in like Darger.

Truthfully the books have been hard for me to get back into. Maybe it's my MTV/BUZZCLIP addle'd mind, but it's gets pretty slow in parts for me now.
