What you'd want to do is get demo footage of each of them [/demorecord <filename> - stop it with /demostop] and edit them together into one video. You'll want to open a video file in Notepad, and get all the character information. You can then put it all together into one video. To do this, use these guides:

To watch the demos you've taken and/or edited, use Zloth's Demo Launcher. It's free and easy.
If you want to add effexts and such or put different video files into one movie, use Windows Movie Maker (comes with most standard Windows computers in recent years). But to bring movie files into WMM, you'll need to record them again using Fraps. The standard version is free, but you'll have 'www.fraps.com' in the top of allyour videos. The 'Member version' costs $30, if I'm not mistaken. So once you've rerecorded all your edited demo files with Fraps, you can bring them into WMM and put them all together.

Neat thing once you figure out the demos. You can have other people be 'actors' and you record the movie, then you can go back and replace their costume with the costumes of your characters, then it's like they were all together :P
another way is to track people down with similar powersets and pay for them to pay a visit to Icons. get them outfitted in your costumes and then hand out scripts of what you would like to see happen.
....just a thought and possibly easiest way to accomplish this if you are not interested in modifying the demo's.~

On a slightly side note - regarding getting all your toons actually into the same supergroup - I've heard that what you can do is:
1) create a supergroup with one of your characters
2) get a good friend who plays & invite them into the group
3) have the friend invite your OTHER characters into the group
4) then (if your friend doesn't also want to be in the group) your friend can quit.
You STILL can't play all your characters at once, but thye'd at least really all be members of the same SuperGroup.

Yup. It's a lot of work, but it's really fun to do and the final video can have some amazing things in it.

How can some of you people have such posting numbers and still have time to play the game and create such artwork? Whew!
but more to the point...
I'm a " one-account'r " and my original hero concept was multi-fold. My heroes are all part of a group, yet because they are all one account they can never team with each other. In my "origins" storyline they were all together, fighting side by side. Until a freak accident with a portal in a Rikti spacecraft seperated them forever in-between dimensions of each other.
Somehow their unique comm-link (The BoCom) allows them to always be together-yet forever apart.
How can I make a movie showing all of them together again? Is it that difficult? does it take expensive programs? Can I do it with in-game features?
I'd appreciate any and all help/ideas/suggestions
