Neighborhood Watch #4 is out! (COH/COV Webcomic)

Just wanted to let it be known that Neighborhood Watch #4 is now available over at www.theneighborhoodwatch.net . The site has been down for several weeks, but I just got things back up last night, albeit in a much simpler format. Still #4 is hot of the presses and ready to be viewed.
