Team Invince
Midnight Session 10-11
Schedules were a bit hectic this weekend, with only 6 or 7 of us each night getting a late start. Still, on the first night we ran the L24+ Respec as L29&30s. Interestingly, the door missions were spawning L33-35 as if we had someone at L34, while the final mission spawned L31-L33 (even lower in the reactor as expected). L31-L33 is what I would've expected for a L30 (max) team on Invince. It's been quite a while since I've run either of the first two respecs. On the second night, we started the Croatoa arcs. I like the atmosphere and unique mobs of the zone but the mission arcs get a bit tedious. A little heavy on the 'kill x', 'rescue y', and 'free z on a huge map' variety.
XP was low, mainly because of reduced playtime and the nature of some of the missions. We did about 8-9 bubs each night, leaving most of us at L31. Next weekend, its double XP, so I'm not overly optimistic about our chances to get and keep the whole team logged in on Freedom.
Midnight Session 12-13
With some persistance, we managed to battle past the grey-conning server full monster and get the entire team logged in during double xp. We finished the last 2 or 3 of Kelly Nemmers' missions, and moved on to the Katie TF.
A while back, I had reached the conclusion that one KB IO was insufficient for a Dark Armor tank. I had a second KB recipe on another toon, but I wasn't about to try to log out to get it on account of the server cap. So, instead I trained L32 and L33 and grabbed Acro. That wasn't the original intent of the build, so I may respec it later. In any case, the added KB protection was essential for the Katie TF. The team was L32/33 so the L34 and L35 AVs were no problem. The L36's we managed but those were fairly long fights. By luck, I dinged on the last L36 AV and so had the levelup buff for the L37 spawn. How's that for good luck? It was another long fight but went well. It was amusing that the most useful inspiration for survival was accuracy.
On the second night, we did the Overthrow 5th Column TF from Mender Lazarus. Believe it or not, it was the very first time that several of us had done it. I gotta say it was pretty edgy, though I'm not entirely sure why its deemed undeserving of the normal TF rewards.
All but one of the team is now L35. If we can get him caught up, then we'll look at doing the ITF in Cimerora next week.
Midnight Session 14-15
Ran a few Founders radios, RWZ missions, and then started the ITF. Team is mostly L36 with two L35s and one L37, so we started it at L37 Invince. It was a bit of a slow go, and we only had about an hour of free time. We'll finish it tonight or next week. Im hoping to get time to slot my L40 set hancers though.
Midnight Session 16-17
Finished the first ITF, and then did another. We had eight on team for both, but the second run was to do it for one of the guys that hadnt been available last week. We actually have nine people participating in this now. Fulcrum Shift became available parway through and that really helped boost the pace. We were moving pretty fast and smooth, although the second Romulus fight got a bit disorganized. We lost a good portion of the team at one point, but held in and didn't wipe or pull out.
The team is mostly L39-40 now, with one guy at L38. If possible, we'll catch him up during the week and run the Eden trial next.
Midnight Session 18-19
We weren't able to coordinate our schedules for Eden, and in the meantime some of us have outleveled it. So, instead we finished off the first two RWZ arcs and ran a few of Borea's missions. Most of the team is or is almost L42 with one or two guys at L39 or L40. We'll need to come up with a plan to bridge the gap to L45.
The Lady Grey or Imperious TF would help get you all to 45. I look forward to reading more.

Miss Informed in 2016! She can't be worse than all those other guys!
Imperious TF we have already run, but it is an option to finish up the run to 50. Lady Grey I don't think scales down like the ITF does, so we would have to wait until 45-46 before we could even attempt it.
Midnight Session 20-21
We bonked the heads of some fake Nems, and then ran radios in PI until we got the Founders safeguard. We ran that twice, mainly because Scirroco is such a punk. We then ran the 'Freakspec' against mostly +3's, maybe some +4's too. Or resident griefer had fun pulling main control room and all four side doors. There was a lot of metal hitting the floor.
I say 'griefer' entirely in jest. The guy playing the defender and I have a running history/inside joke about trying to kill each other in that room. Honestly, that was one of his best attempts yet but he still failed!
Midnight Session 22-27
Our teaming has been sporadic the past few weeks. Between vacations, hardware failures, other RL events, and waning enthusiasm, we've only had 4-6 of the team on any given night and even then we were barely managing an hour of play. Through all that we finished off all the RWZ arcs and the Hero's Hero arc. About five of the team is L47, and the rest are maybe L42... the biggest skew in levels that we've ever had.
Midnight Session 28-30
We capped off another run to 50 with the Lady Grey TF. We started it with 7 of (what had become) the original 9 members, but the night of the final mission we only had 6. The first two 50's came in the final mission. We did some Trick or Treat in RWZ to finish the rest of us off. One guy just wasn't on last night, but the other two have been out of game since around L42. My toon has 92 logged hours, including some TF's done while exemped, over 30 sessions. Actual play time was probably around 60 to 80 hours.
It was nothing earth-shattering, but I hope I've amused some with my self-indulgent meanderings.
Until next time ...

Team Midnight Session 8-9
We ran the Hess TF at L27 against L31's, nothing notable gameplay-wise. Personally, I really like the Ascendent mobs and their 'special move'. I've done the Imperious TF a bunch recently (on different toons), but it had been a while since I'd run Hess. The parallels between the two TF's struck me as funny. Not that it was a big surprise, just doing them back to back made some of the similarities more obvious. So, on that note, the next night we ran the Midnighters Arc to unlock Cimerora. On deck is the Sky Raiders respec and Croatoa.
The team is about or just shy of L30, averaging about 6.5 bubs per hour this week. Not really sure why it was half of the prior week.
