On the vindicators map, if you pull Malaise aroudn the corner, you can pull him by himself mot of the time, OCCASIONALLY, Mynx will come with him.
It is suggeted that you kill Numina first everytime. If you kill another Hero, she'll come over and rez the defeated hero....you don't want to be in that shoe...trust me.
On the malta mission, it should be noted that the AV will spawn back-up: a ton of robots.

I did say Kill numina first in both the Future Freedom Phalanx mission and the final mission. And the vindicators are so easy you don't even have to pull. And the AV's bots do so liltle damage plus you don't have to kill them and they give no xp.
One thing we found when a bunch of us on then Dom borads found when we did an All-Dominator attempt:
During the Vindicators and Future Freedom Phalanx missions, two (I don't think we used all three) Mind Doms can mass sleep the groups. We then were able to take them out safely one at a time. With the final Eight, we had much less success due to the fact that they are lvl 54 and it also seemed that the argo-link woke them up when we tried to pull.
Also, purplre triangles are meaningless to eight Dominators working in unison .
Was just informing them as to the fact that numina will rez, that is all.
Also informing them to the bot spawn as they can induce a lot of lag.

I found this guide in the Guide to Guides. Like the others for the RSF, it's old but not necessarily outdated. I imagine people attempting their first RSF are still using it and the other RSF guides. Therefore, I just wanted to add one note based on my experience today with my first RSF.

While I wouldn't recommend this for a Master of Lord Recluse's Strike Force run, this can be a fairly effective way to recover from a bad pull that brought most or all of the heroes. Try a pull first, but if you get all the heroes mad at you, consider forming up atop the globe rather than resetting. This is especially true if you've been able to take down Numina in your first attack. My team, with a decidedly non-optimal mix of AT's, did very well with this strategy. Yes, we died a few times, but at least we didn't have to worry about Manticore and Synapse while taking out the tanks.
Our team consisted of:
a SS/WP brute (the primary aggro magnet)
a DB/WP brute
two plant/thorn dominators
a dark/dark corruptor
two necro/dark MM's
and a Crab Spider (me).
We defeated them in the following order:
Numina (on a pull to the side of the plaza which drew all but Posi and Sister Psyche)
Positron (after a failed pull that drew all of them, we reconvened atop the globe and defeated him)
Sister Psyche
Citadel
Statesman
BAB
Manticore
Synapse
The two dominators managed to confuse BAB when his purple triangles were down, which helped greatly with Statesman. Even one or two hits from a level 54 hero hurt, even against another level 54 hero.
I guess the upshot of all this is that there is more than one viable strategy for the RSF, despite the design of the last mission.

Go to Bloody bay and get shivans(This doesn't have to be done)
If you need insp you can go to the arena and get them during a SF however they don't have rez insp.
1st mission:Assault Longbow Base
Task: 5 bombs to set, kinnadp tech, defeat crimson, 14(this number changes) chasers to defeat
Notes:Crimson is surroundered by 4 Elite Bosses. There are 2 bombs in Tower1 and Tower2 and one bomb in the lab.
There are serval ambushes. Also the tech spwan point is random, it can be in tower1,tower2, or the lab. You can have one person kill all the chasers while the rest of the team gets the bombs. You could also stealth and get the bombs depending
on the location. I believe triggers for the ambushes are whne you kill crimson, when you get the tech, when you get the
last bomb and when the tech gets to the computer. (I'm not 100% sure on the tiggers for the ambushes)
AV's: Crimson
2nd Mission:Assault malta base
Assault on Malta
Task: steal orestes rifle, defeat slinger, destory mainframe and guards and get key
AV's: Kronos and Stinger
Notes:Meet in the water in front of Kronos. One of the 3 groups around Kronos has the key.Once you have the key you can
skip the mobs and tp to the final AV room.The mainframe is inside the AV room or right outside it. And the rifle is in the
AV room. Also the AV Stinger Spwans Bots to help but they do very little damage and you don't need to kill them.
3rd Mission
Future Freedom Phalanx
Task
Notes:the Temperal dispalcement is an area not a power the Hero's have it's like a Phase shift.Suggested you kill Numina
(she has heal others and alley rez), Sister Psyche, Back Alley, then Manticore (as of right now he doesn't have a travel power). Best place to fight them is on the globe. You can have anyone pull somtimes all will come to the globe besides Manticore, once they are dead drop to the bottom of the globe and have someone pull Mant there this way no one will be phased.
AV's: Numina, Sister Psyche, Back Alley Brawler, Manticore
4th Mission: Assault Vindicators base
Vindicators
Task:steal acces code, find base key, defeat Ms. Liberty
Notes:Nerva. The Following AV's are grouped together so it's best if you use one shivan and pop 4 purps and everyone
should have at least one breakfree because Malaise fear is a cone. Suggested you take out Malaise (he has confuse, fear, pets) or Swan (she does alot of psi damage and can take done the brute fast, Luminary, Mynx (she has elude), then Valkyrie
(she has a self rez). Anchor debuffs on Valkyrie. After that you willneed the access code you can clear to it or have
someone stealth to it or someone with PFF can get it. Once you get the acess code there will be a big ambush that includes
an elite boss and a couple wardens. You can then tp to the final room where Ms.Liberty is or you can clear.
AV's:Malaise, Swan, Luminary, Mynx, Valkyrie, Ms. Liberty
5th Mission: Defeat Freedom Phalanx

Try this one if the first doesn't work
Task: Defeat Freedom Phalanx
Notes:There are serval ways to do this, depending on your team make you have to decide what is best for you.
1st Strategy: Usually if you have a good brute and a thermal this will work. Have the Brute go in and arggo all 8 of
heroes then have him go behind a shoe so they all come to him once they are all in melee range then the rest of the team
attcks Numina. Also No Non MM pets that means no PPP pets or shivans and MM pets should be on passive and make sure they
aren't using AOE's. The brute should be poping 4 small lucks and and at least one meduim orange. When the brute calls for
purps and orange one person go in and give fill them up if you die keep giving till the brute is full. Once you have Back
Alley, Citadel, Synapse and States you can do anything you want the brute will be able to keep all of them becuase they fight in melee range. Make sure everyone stays out of the Heroes AOE's range. (This is the Best Strategy I have made I use this and I complete the SF everynight in under 90 mins)
2nd Strategy: Suggested everyone has alot of defensive inspirations. Form on the stairs of city hall, everyone use a shivan. Everyone rush the Heroes. During this fight keep popping purples and Shivans.(This Strategy causes the Heroes to run around alot and it's almost impossible for the brute to hold arggo)
3rd Straegy: The Pull method. Have the team gather at the bottom of the stairs or behide city hall setup up a wall of shivans and hide behind them. Buff up and the have the puller go and try to pull.(This is great but really hard to always get one or two of the 8 heroes. If you can manage to only get one or two of them great.)

5th Stratgey: Group Fly. Go as high as you can and have someone pull and basically fight like normal but you would only
be fight Numina, Sis Psyche, Postiron, Citadel, and maybe States not sure if he has fly or SJ. One good thing is if a couple
people on ur team have -fly you could keep even more on the ground.(I haven't tried this I just thought it up)
Kill order: Numina, Sis Psyche, Manticore or Positron, Citadel, then any order you want after that.
AV's:Numina, Sister Psyche, Positron, Manticore, Back Alley Brawler, citadel, Synapse, Statesman
