No, they're probably just linked to the Villain side, which IS still down.
EDIT: For example, right-click mine, copy and paste it into your address bar, and replace "Villains" with "heroes" and it comes up. It was never meant to be viewed through the Hero side but that's only to hide the shortcut text.
Ah.. strange. Thanks though, it makes sense... sort of.
Some threads can be viewed and some can't, and why those threads are viewable only in the CoV forum is beyond me. Thinking about it'll just confuse me. 
Since the upgrade to the forums, certain guides that were linked in the archetype threads have dissapeared, and now their links lead to a page that says the forum is under maintanence.
I searched through the topics and clicked the links from the people directly, and they still lead to the same page.
Were these guides lost in the upgrade?
