Ugh, I tried using Search "Bio/Background" in Guides and Roleplaying, then "Bio/Character", then "Bio/Background Guide", and I couldn't find it...
Most likely, my search-fu is weak, so...

Not sure what to search for or who made it. I saw it maybe 6-10 months ago and wasn't sure if it was even a guide either!!
