Looks like a specialized version of Photoshop to me. Not sure though.
Having just looked it up... I'm not sure I can offer any advice still >.> but uhhh... I hope I haven't been busting my hump working by hand for nothing <-.->; (Actually <,< I love working by hand; I doubt I could fully do art on a comp >.> but thats me!)
Anyone tried Manga Studio? Is it good? Is Manga Studio Debut enough or should one go straight to EX?
