Directory of commissionable artists?

Was curious if someone had a list or posted a list of all the most popular artsist. I am aware, but unable to find the websites, of alot of artists here on the forum. I'd love to give them some work. (And I thought CoV/H was addicting in itself....)

By commission, do you mean pay, or don't pay? Both? Because I do work for free.

There have also been a few threads floating around where people have signed on but the ta/kat galleries are pretty close to comprehensive.
