That is because it is linked to your harddrive.
When I open the page, right-click on the broken picture and click properties, this is the address the picture is located at:
file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Setting.../will%2061.jpg
You can open the page fine because that picture is located in that folder on your computer, but noone else's. Just fix that link and it should work fine.
