Update: I posted in the linked thread that Castle confirms the psi "hole" extends to PvE critters as well, at least some of them (but probably not all of them). But this isn't a pure PvP issue.

I can see how that can be confusing. I'm still updating the guide for I7, I will adjust the language accordingly. The next verison of the guide has slightly better calculation examples also.
