Customers may not be able to access the Knowledge Base, Ask a Question and My Stuff sections of the Support/Help Tool for the duration of the upgrade and maintenance window. For all Support inquiries during this time frame, please send e-mail directly to support@coh.com - these inquiries will be queued for review once the upgrade and maintenance period has been completed.
