The PlayNC site and the support section of the City of Heroes website will be undergoing an upgrade and maintenance on Thursday, April 21, between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM CDT.
Customers may not be able to access the Knowledge Base, Ask a Question and My Stuff sections of the Support Tool for the duration of the upgrade and maintenance window. For all Support inquiries during this time frame, please send e-mail directly to support@coh.com ; these inquiries will be queued for review once the upgrade and maintenance period has been completed.
